Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
FindIt plans are billed monthly, in advance. This page explains what happens when you cancel and when a refund may be possible.
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices on our behalf. Charges may appear on your statement under Creem. Approved refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.
1. Try it free first
The Free plan includes 2 live searches and 3 outreach pitches every month, with no card needed. We encourage you to test the results before choosing a paid plan.
Each search returns only businesses with confirmed digital gaps, so result counts are typically small — often 3–10 per search. This filtering is by design and is not grounds for a refund.
2. Cancelling is not a refund
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops your next renewal, so you will not be charged again. Your plan and remaining searches stay active until the end of the month you already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan.
3. Payments already made
Because searches are delivered instantly and cost us to run, fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, including partly used months and unused searches.
4. When we do refund
- You were charged twice or charged by mistake;
- You were charged after cancelling before your renewal date;
- A technical problem on our side stopped you from using your paid searches and we could not fix it;
- A refund is required by the consumer laws of your country.
5. How to ask
Email clientsupport.findit@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge, using your account email, with the date and amount. We reply within 1–2 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
