• Account data — your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
• Profile data — your service, skills, preferred working locations, and the client-finding challenges you share during onboarding. This is used to tailor your experience.
• Search activity — the categories and locations you research, and the businesses those researches surface.
• Work data — opportunities you save, pipeline stages you set, and outreach drafts you generate.

We use your data to run the service: performing live searches when you request them, showing your saved opportunities and pipeline, drafting outreach messages, applying your plan's research limits, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your work data to market to other users.

When you run a research, the service reads publicly available information from the web — business names, websites, phone numbers, addresses, social profiles, and opening hours — and stores it in your library. This is public business information, not personal data about private individuals. If you are a business owner who appears in results and want your listing removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Live researches are performed through AI search providers that read public web sources on our behalf. We only send them your search query (category and location), not your profile or saved data. Outreach drafting happens within the service based on the signals already collected.

We share data only with the providers necessary to operate the service: hosting, authentication, database, AI search, and payment processing. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account from Settings, which removes your profile, searches, saved opportunities, pipeline items, and outreach drafts. Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being fully purged.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to your work data is restricted to your account by row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, so we also recommend using a unique password.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at clientsupport.findit@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be announced through the service. The date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.
